The first season of The Fosters premiered on June 3, 2013 on ABC Family. The series takes place with a multi-racial family with an interracial married lesbian couple who takes a troubled adolescent (and her little brother) into their large home of family (including a biological son as well as adoptive fraternal twins brother and sister).
Filming for season 1 officially ended on Friday, January 31, 2014.
